How can I edit an existing saved filter? - The search criteria input fields are not displayed?

I have many saved filters on my dashboard.  I notice that when I go to my filters.  I select my filter and expectation is I can edit and view the search criteria.  However it does not display.  How does someone edit filters?

@Amy Cave - that looks broken...

Out of curiosity, are you using Google Chrome? Load your browser's web tools (press F12 on your keyboard), then click "Console", then refresh the page. See any errors appear? There will be red "x"'s if so.

2. If you're not an administrator of that Jira, I'd talk to them!
