How can I create a Owner Filter?

I can create a reporter= and a assignee= filter, but not an owner=.

How can I do this?

I think you need to tell us what you mean by "owner". If it's a custom field, then it should be working fine, so I suspect you mean something else. But you need to explain it.

There doesn't exist an owner. What do mean by that? The reporter is the one creating an issue, the assignee is currently working on the issue... What else do you need?
