How can I change the display language of Jira?

1. I tried to change the language of Jira from English to Chinese, but Jira still displays English.

2. My laptop default language is English. Then I changed to Chinese. But Jira still displays English.

3. How can I change the display language to Chinese since some of the team members are Chinese?

you have different options.

the Jira default language (set as admin)
the User default settings, change inside your user profile the settings from browser detecting to your chinese language.
