How can I change the appearance of e-mail notification for a plug-Service Desk, to come in the mail any custom fields, not just the system fields? For example, after creating issue, reporter received notification in its entirety, which shows all the fields, which he filled, and all who are in the list of observers, only receive system information (Assignee, Created, Due Date, Priority, Reporter).
