How To Hide The Status Tab From Service Desk Team.
How to hide the status tab (workflow transition), so the service-desk team can not use that particular status tab in JSD Cloud,
The workflow transition will be work by automation only, not manually.
Could you please suggest on this?
I have already been applied one condition, but that's not working.
