Hide the option "Respond to Customer" after Assign button is pressed

Hello Atlassians,

Is it possible to hide the "Respond to customer" in the dialog that is opened when i press the button Assign in a Service Desk issue? Below i have some photo to explain what i mean.

  • 2018-12-20 13_44_50-[TEST-1] What am I looking at_ - JiraTest.png
  • 2018-12-20 13_46_47-Assign_ TEST-1 - JiraTest.pngAll i want in summary is this Respond to customer to be vanished.... If this is even possible
