Hi, I have 2 email channels :
- default email@example.com with an Unwanted Request Type
- my email with bunch of mine request types.
The point is I dont really use the default request type assigned to a default email (atlasian)
and it appears in the dropdown menu. Is there anyway to delete it from the dropdown?
Deleting my custom email and forwarding messages to @atlasian may not work properly.
