Hello all. My name is Harry. I am new to Jira. I have a problem toggling between Kanban and Scrum

I have been trying to create a Team Managed Project with the Kanban template. When I switch my project to the sprint setting, my project features altered when i return back to kanban. I need help/advise to avoid any alteration of my project.

I would also like to know how to what indicators are essential in scrum to be displayed on the dashboard and how to set up the Dashboard.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

For a Team Managed project Jira gives you only one board associated with the project. You can have either a Scrum board or a Kanban board, which is determined by the enabling or disabling of the Sprints feature in the Project Settings / Features page. You can freely switch between scrum and Kanban, but you can't have both without creating an additional board
