Handling translations for multiple languages

In JSM (Cloud), is there a way that we can export the necessary translations that are needed for each language?
For example, I am planning on configuring our JSM instance for English/French/German/Japanese/Spanish. I'm curious to know if there is a method that we can export the necessary content that needs translated in order to be reviewed by a translator, rather than sitting with a resource to translate on the spot, or giving access for a translator to make the necessary updates.
I haven't been able to locate anything in the admin system settings that would point to being able to export the content to a file to be edited and then added back to the project.
