HELP!!! problems with authentication in jira

After refresh the page (F5) in the jira user A enters the account of another user B. What is the reason of such incident, and how it fix ? I use Freeipa-ldap with crowd

Hi Dima, it could be some kind of session hijack. It's not very common, but it happens when using some proxies. You may be interested in taking a look at the following articles:
