Guys, I have set up the Workflow on Jira project, but transition for tickets don't work at all.

I can't shift from one column to other tickets on Board. It shows me an error. Please see the attached image.image for Jira.PNG

Hey @Mykhailo Shukakidze

Could it be, that you do not have the permission to transition issues within the project affected? 😊 

If you do have this permission, test the conditions applied to your workflow transition. A Condition checks whether certain criteria are met, and disables the transition if not. In case you were trying to check, that all required fields are filled out, use a validator instead.

These show you an error message and do not completely disable the transition in case a criteria was not met.
