Gitlab - Automate Transition an issue when a reviewer is assigned to a Pull Request

Hello Commnunity, 

We have two seperate status for "Code Review" action:

1. Code Review Pending: wainting for available developer
2. Code Review In Progress: someone is looking for the PR.

I need to move the issue from the first status to the seconde when a reviewer is assigned to the PR in Gitlab (we start the review). Since we have a new "Feature Developement" now we can see the reviewer from JIRA card (see blow):

Can I automate the transition plz? if not is there a why to  that from the Gitlab (call the JIRA API REST to move the card).

I just want the reviewers chosen in GitLab to display in Jira, so we can keep the tickets moving at the standup.    But I cannot figure out any way to do it.

You need to enable the Deployment Feature from your project setting then set up it:
