Github for Jira app not re-installing

I'm experiencing an issue with the Github for Jira app. I had installed the app and linked a Github account (no organization/repositories linked just yet), but I wanted to switch the Github account linked to the app. The simplest method to do that seemed to be uninstalling the app and re-installing it, so that's exactly what I attempted. Once I uninstalled it, the app does not re-install. I keep getting the error: "We ran into a little trouble. It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit." In the Audit Log, I see variations of the error: "Failed to install app plugin.6000301933392952597.atlassian-connect.json" each time I attempt to install. I uninstalled the app 3 hours before writing this.

Is this a common issue? What can I do to resolve this?

After 16 hours, I retried and it worked. I'm still not sure as to what caused it, why it worked, or if I could have waited less time, but I'm just happy it resolved itself.
