Getting dashboard last viewed info - table question

We have 1200 dashboards, but only 194 are listed in the ao_<inserttableid>_dashboard_views table. Does this mean the other dashboards have not been used in x amount of time?

We're trying to cleanup in our late to the party cloud migration.
