Estoy intentando generar un informe con las incidencias finalizadas de mi equipo de trabajo. Además de las columnas que generalmente se incluyen en el informe, agregue "Inicio Real" y "Final Real" con la información registrada. Sin embargo, al generar el informe con las incidencias, no aparece la información de estas dos columnas. Pareciera que no contienen información, a pesar de que sí la tienen. Cabe destacar que se validó que el tipo de solicitud fuera el mismo y tuvieran la misma configuración.

¿Saben qué puede ser?
