Found an issue while moving ticket from one project to another

i move a ticket that was assigned to a person lets say named "haris" when i move it to another project that person was not added in that project by the admin but when i move the ticket, the ticket remains assigned to the same person , the assign should should get cleared according to my observation

Hello @QA_Team 

Check who have the assignable permission in the project. May be everyone have this permission or at least "haris" is ine the project role or user group that have this permission.
