Yes, that's what the Service Desk requests are.  Log in as an agent and you will be able to set up and modify them.

Thanks for your reply I'm testing the Jira Service Desk product, but I'm having another problem. I am trying to create the requests from some gmail or hotmail mail and it works, but when I try with a company mail, I do not create the request nor the notifications arrive to me. You can help? Thank you.
