Currently trying to utilize the Next-gen Jira, using the "Move" functionality to take a ticket from a Classic Jira project when attempting this it asked map field etc.
However there is no option to import the comments.
It would be my expectation that all comments are migrated from the ticket in Classic Jira to Next-gen Jira ticket.
Is this correct?
If so then where should I log a Bug for this?
Thanks.
Anyone else running into a similar issue with "Move" operation?
Unable to reproduce it is working now. Last week it was NOT working.
May have been due to special character on a given ticket or perhaps last week when attempted it was impacted by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17272.
Regardless going to mark this as Answered (Resolved) if and until there is another use case.
I am trying to do the other way around: I created a ticket on a project (Next-Gen) and I want to move it to a project that is "Classic" mode. I don't find a feature in Next-Gen to move any ticket around. Any hint here?

@Rogerio Gomes You should be able to select a ticket then utilize the "...">Move to move the ticket another project.
You will need to have permission to "Move" see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/moving-an-issue-902499026.html and/or https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Create-Issue-Permission-amp-Move-Issue-Permission/qaq-p/805965
Good Luck.
