Flagged Issues Are Not Appear

Hi all,

We have Jira Software 8.20.11 version.

And in the "Search for issues", I filtered and flagged issues are not appeared.

Is it a bug? I tried all filter ways. That are not worked for me;

1. Flagged = Impediment

2. Flagged is not EMPTY

 If it is a bug, how can I see flagged issues without JQL in Jira?

Thanks.

Hi @Rabia S_

If you are talking about this feature, you should be able to query it using JQL. This field is not locked so the option may have been updated but is or is not empty should worked.

Regards

Hi,

I saw this page. But JQL isn't work. I'm adding some screenshots about my problem. The system can't find.

Right it should work, can you try to re-index the porjet to see if it's an index issue ?

Everyday, system is automaticly indexing. But any projects' flagged issues are not apear too. And I tried to indexing the project. Still I can't see any.

We have 950k issues and absolutly I could to see one
