Things I have done:
1. Created a transition screen while closing the issue.
2. Fix Resolution and Fix Version/s are added in newly created screen
However, I am able to see the Fix Resolution field but not Fix Version/s field.

Check whether you have Resolve Issue Permission in Permission Scheme of the project. Basically Resolve Permission is Ability to resolve and reopen issues. This includes the ability to set a fix version.

If not please add and then see if you are able to see that field
