Fix Version not properly sorted in filters and dashboards

Jira dashboards and Confluence reports based on filters ordered by the FixVersion field do not sort correctly:

I wonder if the fact that some of our tickets are assigned to more than one version in the Fix Version field might be the reason why this happens. The versions in this field are not always entered chronologically. For example:

9.17.24, 9,17.7, 9.17.22
