I want to create an automation that assigns an issue to an Engineer based on workload. I want to assign it based on workload for the full year to spread the workload over a year but I also want to prevent it from assigning an engineer with issues overlapping in time. Most of our issues are travelling jobs so one issue is normally between 1 week and 6 weeks. Is it possible to filter JQL for this?
