Hi Guys
Could you please help me with this JIRA connector issue for Power Automate. The goal is when a user submits a Microsoft Form, that response creates a task in the JIRA.
This link is dead and we're getting the same issue. How do we get detailed support on this issue?

@Gavin McMenemy here with the same issue. Have you made any headway?

Hey @Josh Fairchild
YES!
I made the Reporter field Optional - and it worked. And it doesn't seem to have had any major impact on how we record the issues in backlog. (I assume you're the admin so do the following)
Click the Cog
Select Issues
Select Field Configurations
Select your Field Configuration (we're just using the Default Field Configuration)
Search for the Reporter Field
Click to make Optional
See image: Click the word in the red circle. I know it says Required but that's because it's "click to make Required".

I wish this was much better documented. I don't really care who documents it but someone should.

@Gavin McMenemy thanks for the info. I think we may be limited since we're working on a company managed project. I did end up looking into using HTTP and manually making the API call to the JIRA endpoint. I've got it up and running with no issues.

It looks like for team-managed projects, reporter is required and you cant make it optional. As I’m just using it for a simple task list i can just remove the reporter field.
