Fetch JIRA data into Power BI for a specific project

Hi everyone,

I am using Power BI for some time now to build dashboards for our customers.
The only problem is that we have over 20k issues in our JIRA domain which takes a long time when we refresh the dashboards. So I was trying to change te query where I specify the project (in this case "Facility") but it still fetches all the data from every project. I am using the jira power bi content pack.

can i ask if you ever resolved this?

im starting to use powerbi service (not desktop) > jira cloud and seeing a similar thing. it only pulls back the first 103 records in one project.

i think i may have to start using powerbi desktop to get better functionality.
