When you are entering an internal comment or sending a response to a customer, the button displays Save and is blue. It would help end users out when on the Reply to Customer tab, the button changed to Send. It would also be beneficial if the button was a different color when on the Internal Comment tab. The Internal Comments are a different color when they save, the button should match that color. This will ensure that the end user can tell the difference between saving an internal comment or sending a response to the customer.
Hi @diannitelli sounds like something that has possibilities. I took a quick look in existing Atlassian tickets and couldn't find any. I would suggest going to the Support site for Atlassian and entering it there so it can get reviewed by the Atlassian folks.
