Hi team,

We are experiencing a persistent issue in our Jira Data Center related to an RRD file error, which is impacting performance and causing slowness across the application. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error from our Jira logs for reference.

Here’s what we’ve tried so far to resolve the issue:

1. Cleared Cache and Indexes: We deleted the cache and index files on all nodes.

2. Deleted the RRD File: We removed the specified RRD file in the error path, allowing Jira to recreate it upon restart.

3. Attempted to Disable RRD File Creation: We attempted to disable RRD file generation by modifying the jira-config.properties file with the line:

com.onresolve.scriptrunner.runner.monitoring.enabled = false

However, this did not disable RRD file generation as expected.

Additionally, there have been no recent changes to our ScriptRunner configuration.

Do you have any additional recommendations for resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.Unknown.png

HI @mahsa ah

I would suggest to contact Adapatavist support (developer of scriptrunner) in this case, as it seems to relate to the app.
