Since 2 days, i can't export My Issues
When i want to export All My Issues, (export CSV (all fields), i've got this message :
"We couldn't export your issues | Refresh the page and try again" ...
Can you help me ??
For your information, every week, i export my issues to csv, so i can make dashboard on excel...
I have noticed this new issue for the past week or so as well. Export CSV and Export Excel CSV don't work currently.
For once, for the company managed project, I did an Export HTML, save as PDF. Then used tool to convert PDF to Excel for dashboard need. This is not scalable.
I reached out to Atlassian Cloud Support team and their response resolved this issue for me. They suggested that the WebSocket protocol should be allowed on the network as the new issue search feature relies on WebSocket connections for downloading CSV files.

@Xavier DONCHERY Until Atlassian resolves the problem, you can use the Better Excel Exporter app! It is up and running.

I suggest you open a support ticket directly with Atlassian. There appears to be a new bug.

I'm not sure, but I think this may be a new bug that requires Atlassian Team's attention, as recently I've started seeing posts in the community about this issue.
