Errors occured when build Jira from source code

when I try to visit those two urls, there are 401 and I do not have the username and password. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, this is a problem for all Jira server versions 7.4 and higher.  We are tracking this limitation in the bug ticket of JRASERVER-66224. 

Sorry to report that we do not have a clear work-around for this limitation at this time.  I would watch that bug ticket for any updates to this.
