Error while integrating MS Teams with Jira

I tried integrating MS Teams with Jira, however i get the following error:

I checked my microsoft account to check if the service was authorised, and it is...

I joined Jira today, some i'm fairly new to this, maybe someone more experienced knows how to handle this error ?
