We are getting the below error in certain screen after upgrading to 8.13.4

Error rendering 'transitions-custom-field'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

What app are you using to provide the transitions custom field? Did you update the app after upgrade?

Hi Nic,

We are using JIRA Misc Custom field 2.3.4 app , which is under trial version , expiring on 09/Aug/21

Ok, that's valid version, I think we'll need to look at the log files for errors at the time that the error is shown to a user.

I suspect that will simply be closed with "go ask the app vendor", this probably isn't an Atlassian problem, it's happening in the Misc Custom Fields app.
