Error opening mail log

Hello! When I try to open the mail logs (Email request), an error pops up and the logs are not visible, what can I do about it? Jira Server

Definitely you need to contact with Atlassian support. They will be able to check what is going on.

Hi @Andrey Ivanov 

Contact your Jira admin if you are running on server and maybe your IRT department and check the Jira logs on the server.

If this is Cloud related, raise an issue with Atlassian Support.

Then can check the instance back-end.

Here on the community we can help with tool solutions, but not with errors relating to the instance itself.
