Error - Timesheet tracking timer

Hello everyone, I'm trying to use the Timesheet tracking timer and it's giving me this message: An error occurred You can only have one timer running at a time I've already opened all my cards/activities and none of them have the timer activated. Can you help me with how I could perhaps "end" this session that may have the timer running so I can use it again?

Timesheets are not a native Jira feature, so you're almost certainly using an app for that feature. Please name the app in question - it will help us direct you towards the app's documentation or the right support team, at least.
