Hi, we have enabled 2FA on Jira Cloud itself, however this setting does not carry over to the customer Portal. How or where do I enable this for the Portal.

As explained by Angelica in this post, it’s not possible to enforce 2FA for customer portal accounts. We have a feature request created to consider this possibility in the future:

To alleviate this issue, because non-MFA enabled accounts was not an option for us, we found the following to get around the problem:
We migrate all our Portal-Only Accounts to an Atlassian Account (option available in the context menu). To keep them free, we do not attribute them any product.
