Embedded file viewer not showing control buttons

I have only just noticed this, so not sure if its a 8.15.0 issue or has been there for a while.   But when I click a image or PDF when in a issue, and it opens within the internal modal, I can no longer see the buttons for download and close.  THough they are there, but I can now only see the bottom 2millimeters.

Here is a example of me looking at a JPG:

Any thoughts please?

Hi Matt, 

We have similar issue in 8.15.1 version but in second instance with this version everything is working fine.

I still do not have a solution... At this rate, I am just hoping it just fixes itself with a future upgrade.
