I have a html form already built on a third party application that will pop up and overlay on my website. Is there a way I can embed the JIRA issue collector into this? The options seem like you have to make a JIRA form/popup.

The question is: does your third party application talk to Jira(are they integrated)?
Because the whole story behind the issue collector is to allow external users create issues in your Jira without granting them access to it.
