Hi,
I was wondering if there is any feature of Draft or anything similar to that in Email Request. Because, there are cases when many tickets are not very important thus not considered. But, this would spoil our reporting as it would count these tickets as -
Created And Resolved
Created And Un-Resolved
In both the case the reporting is faulty.
Currently, I am deleting these tickets, but would love to know of a better alternative.

There isn't such a thing as a draft request. However, you could create a request type of tour own, and move these tickets to that category. And then on your reports, simply exclude them from the jql.
