EazyBi Import of customfield Satisfactions Score Does not work.

Good Day Sir/Madame,
I am trying to import the Satisfaction score into eazybi, I have identified the customfield from the customfield tables.
And added the import details in Advanced settings. See below
However when I attempt to do the eazybi source data import I get the following error.
The eazybi-web logs are unhelpful as they only contain info logs.
Can you please assist me in importing this custom field?
Note: This fails whether I include the javascript option or not.
