Hello,
I'm trying to create a Jira account, but when I'm at the email validation code step and I click to send the code to my email, it doesn't arrive.
I've been waiting for the code for a day, and I've already checked my spam.
Could you help in this case? I saw that sometimes the email domain can be blocked, something along those lines.
E-mail: <email removed>
Hi @João Gabriel de Souza Caetano
Sorry for the delay in response. It looks like that account was on a suppression list. It appears to have been removed from that list on January 8th. From that point on, it looks like mail is being delivered to that address now.
If that's not the case, please let me know.
Andy
Hello @João Gabriel de Souza Caetano
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I have removed your email from your post. This is a publicly accessible forum, so you should not post information here that you would not want seen by everybody on the internet, such as an email address.
Have you tried these troubleshooting tips?
- Check your spam/junk folder for an email with the subject line: Verify your identity.
- Resend the code using the link Didn’t get the code? Resend it
- Check that your company isn’t blocking emails
- Check that your email address is set up, that your inbox isn't full, and that the mail server is not down or experiencing issues.

Hello @Trudy Claspill,
I have already carried out all these verifications and steps, but I still do not receive the email with the code, nor even the invitation sent to the email.
I saw this post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions/N%C3%A3o-recebo-o-e-mail-de-confirma%C3%A7%C3%A3o-do-Jira/qaq-p/1925336, and in some cases there is an error on your side, can you tell if something happened in this case. And I saw that the Atlassian team in some cases removes a type of email block on your system.
