During jira dashboard creation can I restrict the files values to be renamed ?

During dashboard creation based on one of the files let’s say alpha numeric field,

in the dashboard it’s displaying in alphabetical order like Apr , Aug , Mar ,, etc

is it possible to restrict the display of these fields in calendar months sequence like jan, Feb, mar ?
