Due date is defaulting from Start date

Hi team,

We are on Jira server , and one of the project is facing some issues that Due date is defaulting from Start date and when we try to remove it, then it automatically gets repopulated to previous date.

I checked for any behaviour/automation but there is none applied. how to sort this one out 

I did map EndDate to Due date in Big Picture configuration .Could that be the reason ?

Yes you can check on Big Picture side but also if there is not a listener that set the value of due Date.

Do you see the chqnge in the issue history ?

The attachment do not load on my side.
