Bonjour,


Je souhaiterais savoir comment gérer les droits des utilisateurs pour qu'on puisse supprimer définitivement des tickets existants et gérer l'organisation des sprints.

Je vois que vous avez marqué votre message comme "jira-service-management". Travaillez-vous réellement sur un projet Jira Service Management ? Je demande parce que votre message pose des questions sur les autorisations pour gérer les sprints. Les projets de gestion des services sont généralement utilisés pour gérer les demandes de support et de service. Ils n'incluent pas nativement la possibilité d'avoir un tableau Scrum et de gérer le travail par sprints. Peut-être travaillez-vous plutôt sur un projet Jira Software.

I see that you tagged your post as "jira-service-management". Are you actually working with a Jira Service Management project? I ask because your message asks about the permissions to manage sprints. Service Management projects typically are used to manage support and service requests. They don't natively include the option to have a Scrum board and manage the work by sprints. Perhaps you are actually working with a Jira Software project instead.

I would like to know how to manage user rights so that we can permanently delete existing tickets and manage the organization of sprints.
