Does exist a plugin in marketplace to manage Fast Functional Point (FFP - Gartner Method)?

I'm new to this topic. We need to know if exist a plugin to manage the Fast Functional Point (FFP) as an external professional toll called QUANTER. QUANTER is a software in the public cloud that allows a rigorous cost estimation of the different software development activities according to the business needs in a simple and intuitive way. It standardizes the estimation process and at the same time makes it transparent and auditable as it is based on ISO/IEC 14143-2007 standard metrics of functional size (Function Points), Fast Function Points from Gartner, etc. Quanter allows you to make estimates using productivities specific to each client or market resulting from a repository of more than 60K software development projects.

We need to find a plugin that allows FFP managment (quanter is only a point of reference)

It's a bit late to be answering this question, but in case you still need to know, there is Story Analyser for Jira.    It will automatically detect the functional size of user stories in a Jira Backlog, it supports COSMIC Function Points only.
