Does Tempo Timesheets support multiple reviewers?

Hi,

Currently we are starting to use Tempo TimeSheets in our company. A worker has multiple Tempo Teams. They are in a Team so called Division, and at least in one Team for a dedicated project. We want to make an approval process, where the worker can submit her timesheet first to her project manager, and when the PM approves it, she must change the reviewer for the lead of the division. Only the division manager can approve it eventually. Can somebody help me to find a solution how we can implement this workflow? Or is there any workaround?

Hi,

I've implemented this on a little bit differently, each team (group) has an approval group. When they submit their timesheet all the guys from the approval group receive an email that X employee has submitted their timesheet for approval.

Hi,

The task should be simple.

You have for example the Designers team that you want to track. Create a group in JIRA if you don't already have it and create a Designers - Approval group in JIRA as well.

Go to Tempo, add your Designers team to be available into tempo by creating a new Team that will have the same name as your group in JIRA, go to Configuration and on the Permissions tab and add your Designers - Approval group to the Approve Timesheet option.

Now whenever someone from the Designers group submit their timesheet the Designers - Approval group will receive an email.

Hi Krisztián,

Tempo does not support a "two level worklog approval". Timesheet approvals are always tight to a timesheet as whole (all worklogs for a user for a period of time that is weekly or monthly). Means approvals can´t be split between projects ori accounts. 

I would rather recommend to use the Jira built-in functionality to include in your workflow a process that restricts people from editing or adding worklogs on specific projects. For more details you should take a look at this article here.
