Does Cloud based Jira Service Desk and Core support Active Directory user synchronization? I'm considering switching from another cloud based tool to bring in our Manage Engine Service Desk requester. However we would want to have the ability to import the requester at minimum or better yet sync with active directory so as new employees are added they automatically have the ability to create requests for I.T. in Jira.
That was a simple answer. Atlassian may be looking at AD for customer users but the simple answer is currently a flat "no". Your users will need to log in and create customer accounts.
(Different answer for Server of course - that fully supports many types of AD)
