Does Atlassian has a service to merge 2 onDemand instances into a single one?

As suggested, if I need to merge 2 Atllassian onDemand instances(JIRA+Confluence) into a single one, I need to set up local instance, do all the merge stuff locally and then import it into onDemand. This is quite long and complicated task.

Does Atlassian has a service to do this job? Suppose this can be quite easy on Atlassian side...

I don' think Atlassian does it for OnDemand.
