Hi

We work In Sprints of 3 weeks each. In the last week, we announce a code freeze, So we branch out from develop-branch to sprint-branch.

The QAs are doing the testing on the sprint and the dev continues to work on develop branch.

But the Jira board sees all these tickets as 1 group since there are all in the same sprint.

This is really confusing and we're looking for a way the tickets will be presented on the same board but will be distinguished somehow.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi @Efi Kater

You can Use Swimlanes to group the issue

to Use Swimlanes you can go to the required board and and go to the board setting and select the option swimlanes and from drop down you can select on what bases you want to group the issues.

Hope This Helps!

10X @Guruprasad Shenoy we're actually using the swimlane to mark hot fixes

I'll see if we can use it for multiple purposes
