Display "user picker (multiple users)" field in JXL sheets and use it in structure

Hello

I have a JIRA software project where some issues have a workflow with an approval step.

These issues have the "Approvers" field, which is a "user picker (multiple users)" type of field. 

I would like to achieve a view of issues pending approval, grouped by the person(s) in charge of approval, so that each member of the team can quickly view if their approval is needed somewhere. 

Problems : 

* I cannot view approvers in JXL sheets view (the column appears shaded)

* I cannot group by approvers using structure (approvers appear "not set")
