Is there some way that every time a task is done it's notificated on discord?

Disclaimer: I have not tried sending a message to Discord this way, and...

Perhaps try using an automation rule, triggered on completion of the task, which uses the Send Web Request action to call the Discord REST API to create the message.

Hi @Maria Luiza there isn't any integration with the base product for Discord, but there might be a third-party plug in the Atlassian Marketplace that can provide that integration for you.
