Sometimes we comment issues by ctrl+enter. It's faster and usual in many systems. But comment becomes "internal" and clients can't see it. And we wait answer.. And nothing...
Our comments always must be visible for clients.
How we can disable internal comments at all?
Hi Елена! We decided to default the Ctrl+Enter shortcut to internal comments to avoid unexpected comments to be visible to customers. The access keys for the actual submit buttons are 'e' for external comments, and the regular 's' submit for internal comments. Depending on your browser / OS, the actual shortcut key combination will change (e.g. on OS X with Chrome the shortcut combo is Ctrl + Alt + e for external comments).
