Some of our python scripts perform bulk operations for which we'd like not to send email updates. It would be great if Python API offered a way to disable notifications triggered by some operations, but I couldn't find it. Is something like this possible?
Hi Marcin!
The jira-python relies on JIRA REST API and you can look at this answer: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/167566
There is solution from Bob Swift: https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JCLI/How+to+limit+notifications+for+automation+actions
Volodymyr, thanks for the hint!
Unfortunately, if I get it right, it seems to be only possible for the on-premise version, and we're using the cloud version I'll add a comment in that thread.

Marcin, Missed that you are on the cloud. You are right, Bob's solution is for the on-premise version.
